Monthly fee
18% of employee's salary
We recommend this fee if you are not fully confident about the employee.
Total cost = salary + 18%
You make one payment at the end of each month for all employees and we pay salaries to all employees.
We take care of documents, agreements, and other annoying papers with employees
We keep track of paid vacation days, paid sick leaves, days off, public holidays, etc.
We solve any problems with employees.
One-time fee
180% of employee's salary
We recommend this fee if you are confident that the employee will work at least 10 months with you.
Total cost = 60% after the first month + 60% after the second month + 60% after the third month of employment.
The employee you hire is totally under your control.
*For employees with a salary under $1000, we offer a monthly fee of $200. Fixed fee is not available.

What is the estimated time to hire 1 good employee?
Challenging positions like Senior Developer, Lead Developer - 2 months.
Other positions - 1 month.
The time may vary as each company has different budgets, requirements, hiring processes, etc.
Are you also doing technical interviews?
You can send us your technical questions. During our internal interview, we will ask these questions to candidates and record their answers. Then, you can watch the replay and not waste your time doing technical interviews.
Are there any prepayments before I hire the employee?
No, there are no prepayments. You make 1 payment at the end of each month for all employees you hired.
